“I love dealing with my clients one-on-one and giving them the customer service they need to be successful. It’s what I thrive on; it’s why I come to work every day. If they need special reports, holiday bonus runs, commission runs, they know they can count on us to do that in a timely and efficient manner. And they know they can call me with any question or issue and I’ll work things out for them.”

“We’re a growing company, but we still have a small company feel. I like that because I feel connected to my clients and my co-workers. For instance, I’m on the Spirit Committee and we recently planned a picnic in the parking lot. We bring in bagels for breakfast. We handed out Cracker Jacks on Reds Day. They’re not necessarily big things, but they really help bring everyone together.”
“We also give back to the community. One activity that I’m involved with is helping out at one of the elementary schools in the city. It’s actually the poorest school in the district, and we “adopted” classes and made sure they all had gifts for the holidays. This is just one of the reasons I’m proud to work with the great group of people here.”
