Online Reporting provides secure access to your payroll reports through the Internet the morning after you process your payroll. You can even grant access to others inside or outside your organization, such as your CPA, to view all reports or only certain reports that you specify.
Those with access to Online Reporting can:
- View standard payroll reports anytime after 8 a.m. EST the day after you input payroll.
- Navigate to payroll and tax reports by pay date or report type.
- Find information immediately by typing an employee name or other identifier.
- Be notified by email to download your quarterly tax packet reports and employer copies of W2s/1099s when available.
- Access reports for all companies through one login ID (very helpful for CPAs)
- Download reports for electronic storage and eliminate paper copies.
